Meeting dates and agendas
Find out when the University Council and the Committees of Council meet and download the agendas and papers of upcoming meetings.
The following dates are scheduled for meetings of the Council and its principal committees for 2025. The dates, times, and venues may be changed on occasion.
- Council meetings are held in the Council Chamber. Council meetings usually start at 10 am and conclude by 4.30 pm.
- Academic Board meetings are held in various locations across the University's campuses, usually starting at 1 pm.
- Audit and Risk Committee meetings are held in the Victoria Room, usually starting at 10 am.
- Finance Committee meetings are held in the Victoria Room, usually starting at 1.30 pm.
- Te Aka Matua Committee meetings are held in the Victoria Room, usually starting at 3 pm.
- Victoria Honours Committee meetings are held in the Victoria Room, usually starting at 4.30 pm.
Both the Victoria Room and the Council Chamber are on Level 2 of the Hunter Building, Kelburn Parade.
