The Hon Luamanuvao Dame Winnie Laban, DNZM, Former Assistant Vice-Chancellor (Pasifika) is spearheading the project.
Dr Mele Tupou Vaitohi
Dr Mele Tupou Vaitohi is the research lead for the project. She is a leading legal scholar on Tongan constitutional law.
