Professional practice student leave notification

• Any absence from the professional practice must be notified at the earliest by completing the student absence notification form.
• Inform your school (Associate/Mentor Teacher) before 8.00am, or as soon as is practicable, if you are unable to attend your placement with a reason for your absence. Please copy the EPPP Office in your email.
• Discuss any extended absence (i.e., of three days or more) with the Programme Director or EPPPO Manager as it may mean you risk not meeting the Standards or Matatū Aotearoa | The Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand Practice requirements.
